Friday May 11th – Mass at 9.30am
Saturday May 12th – Mass for 7th Sunday of Easter at 5pm
Sunday May 13th – Mass for 7th Sunday of Easter at 9.30am

Sunday June 17th – First Communion celebration, 9.30am, Sacred Heart.
Sunday July 1st – Parish walk around Draycote Water, called “Share the Journey”. More details soon.
Please pray for long-standing parishioner Frank Ollerenshaw who has died. His funeral will be on Wednesday May 16th at 1.45pm at Sacred Heart Church.

Join us for the Feast of the Ascension of the Lord.

You are welcome to join us to celebrate the Feast of the Ascension of the Lord at Sacred Heart Church. Mass will be on Sunday May 28th at 9.30am, and will include a special liturgy for children. There will be an anticipated Mass on Saturday evening at 5pm. This is what we will be singing on Sunday:
Gathering: 289 Praise him as he mounts the skies

Gloria: 481 Parish Mass
Psalm: God goes up with shouts of joy, the Lord goes up with trumpet blast (Ps46, p48)
