There is a thriving music ministry at Sacred Heart Church – and you are welcome to get involved either as a singer or musician.
Sacred Heart Music Group

Our sung worship is led on Sundays by the Sacred Heart Music Group. We are fortunate to have the services of four cantors to lead the singing. These are supported by musicians on keyboard, flute and guitar, sometimes cello, violin, clarinet and trumpet. We practise every Sunday at 9am in preparation for that day’s celebration of Mass. There are additional practices during Advent and Lent. Planning meetings are held every six to eight weeks.
If you would like to get involved, either with singing or playing a musical instrument in church, please contact speak to a member of the Music Group after Mass.
Sacred Heart Youth Music Group
This group leads the music every few weeks at Saturday night Masses (5pm). Practises are held on occasional Saturday mornings and again from 4pm on the day of the service. The group is led by Tricia Bach. If you are interested in becoming involved as either a musician or singer, contact Tricia at this address for more information.
