There are an estimated 12,500 people living on the edge of poverty in Rugby including 14 per cent of our town’s children. The Rugby Food Bank supports them. By simply donating a tin of food, you are helping to make a difference in the community. Items needed are coffee, hot chocolate, pasta sauces, tinned vegetables, snack meals, tomatoes, meat, rice and sponge puddings, sugar, UHT milk, fruit juice and toothpaste. If you can spare any of these, please bring them along to the narthex at Sacred Heart Church. There is a rota of parishioners who deliver the goods to the food bank.
